Day 11 - Do you tend to over-explain yourself to be understood?
Over-Explaining Is Not Clarity — It’s Protection

The over-explaining wound is one of the most common visibility blocks for intuitive solopreneurs and soul-led coaches.
You don’t need to explain yourself to be understood. You just need to present yourself clearly.
Over-Explaining Is Not Clarity — It’s Protection
When we over-explain, we often try to show that we are safe, avoid judgment, protect our identity, or perfect it before anyone can question us. However, that energy puts people off, not because your words are incorrect, but because your energy seems uncertain. Magnetism comes from stillness.

So, what’s the Shift?
Clarity doesn’t mean saying more. It means saying the right thing once — and letting it land. This might be a single sentence that clearly states what you help people do, a phrase that boldly and emotionally conveys your message, or a visual or tone that communicates more than three paragraphs ever could.
You’re not here to be a teacher 24/7.
You’re here to be a mirror, a guide, a presence that reflects power and permission.
Exercise:
Where are you still trying to prove or protect your value through over-explaining? What if you trusted your energy to speak louder than your words?
Tomorrow’s post: Your North Node = Your Visibility Growth Edge
We’ll explore how your soul’s evolutionary path helps you move through fear and become more visible from the inside out.
Until then, remember to say less and take more ownership.
With love,
